Note:

  1. The Position Level shall be fixed as per qualification and relevant work experience.
  2. The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB Conference Hall with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
    a. Original Academic Transcripts and Certificates
    b. Security Clearance Certificate
    c. Citizenship Identity Card – Original
    d. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry/agencies/departments/private firms
    e. If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.

The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:

a. Verification of Original Document.( All the shortlisted applicants)

  • Time: 9.30 A.M – 11:30 A.M
  • Venue: HR Unit
  • Date: 2nd August 2021

b. Written Exam for Academic Staff. (Serial No. 1 & 2) (Written Exam will be assessed out of 60%)

  • Date: 3rd August 2021
  • Time: 9 am – 11 am (2 Hrs)
  • Venue: KGUMSB Conference Hall

c. Presentation and Viva Voce for Asst. Planning Officer (Sl. No 3).

  • Preparation of presentation (Venue: IT Lab, FNPH)
  • Time: 9: 30 A.M to 10:30 A.M) – 1 hour.
  • Viva Voce (Venue: KGUMSB Board Room, Time:11:00 A.M onwards)
  • Date: 3rd August 2021.

d. Viva Voce for Sl. No. 1, 2 & 4 (Lecturer/Sr. Lecturer-  Simulation Lab./ Associate Lecturer – Haematology – FoPGM & Personal Assistant)

  • Date: 4th August 2021
  • Time: 9:30 AM onwards,
  • Venue: KGUMSB Board Rom
  1. 20% will be added from shortlisted marks.
  2. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
  3. An applicant must secure 60% in the final score compilation to qualify for the post.
