The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the list of short listed applicants for the post of Dean – Faculty of Postgraduate Medicine, for the selection interview, as follows:

Note: 

The applicants mentioned above should report to Conference Hall, KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:

a. Original academic transcripts and certificates

b. Security Clearance Certificate

c. Audit Clearance Certificate 

d. Citizenship Identity Card – Original

e. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer, if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)

1. The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:

a. Verification of Original Documents

• Time: 11:30 AM
• Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB 
• Date:   6th May 2022

b. Lunch Break: 12:00 PM to 1:00PM

c. Presentation Preparation: Time: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

d. Presentation and Viva Voce

• Time: 2 PM  onwards
• Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
• Date: 6th May 2022

        – The scenario/topic for the presentation will be given on the spot

        – Time allotment as follows: 

• One hour – For preparation of presentation 
• 15 minutes – Presentation and Question and Answer Round
• 30 minutes – Viva Voce

        – Final calculation of marks (100) shall be as follows: 

• Presentation will be assessed out of 40
• Viva voce will be assessed out of 40 
• Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20

2. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
